Chris's Story

My name is Chris. I am in my early 30's. I had reached over 300 pounds in my 20's. I had knee surgeries. I decided to have the surgery because I wanted to be around for my three kids and wife. I had my LAP-BAND® surgery in August 2006. I lost my first 50 pounds in the first 6 weeks by following the plan given to me by Dr. McEwen and exercising. I have another 44 to lose. I attend all of Dr. McEwen's seminars to help build awareness of the LapBand. It is a surgical procedure and it works. Dr. McEwen has a great staff to provide help to you but ultimately you have to do your part to change your life!
