I have tried lots of diets and have never been successful.  Topping the scale at 337 at age 31 I knew I was in trouble.  I was very unhealthy and wasn't living the life myself or my family deserved.  As a mother of two kids I was robbing them of me.  I couldn't play with them or get on the floor and even play a game with them.  Running with them on our 5 acres was out of the question.
